The 111,000-square-foot facility contains a large complement of shears, presses, fabricators, welders, finishing equipment, paint lines and ovens to produce quality metal furniture for a variety of markets and applications.

Flex-Care Modular Cabinets
Flex-Care Modular Cabinets are a storage system with interchangeable parts that allow units to be reconfigured easily - even by the user. Flex-Care is designed so that door and shelf units can be converted to drawer units. Two six-inch drawers can replace one twelve-inch drawer, a 24-inch door can become four six-inch drawers. The opposite of this is also true. Flex-Care modularity allows many reconfigurations that can be done throughout a facility such as exam rooms, procedure rooms, or staff lounges.
Because we produce our larger cabinets twice the size as the smaller ones, you can use fewer cabinets and save money. Flex-Care incremental dimensions also allow you numerous options for configuring spaces and allows them to be easily disassembled and moved for reuse throughout your facility.
Cabinets are of steel construction with the fronts either being vinyl over 5/8 inch medium density fiberboard or of a textured steel. Vinyl covered fronts are available with wire pulls or a recessed ABS plastic pull. Texture steel fronts are available with wire pulls or a built in 'J' pull. Drawer bodies are a high gloss ABS plastic tub that is removable for ease of cleaning and material handling. All steel components are bonderized with a baked on finish top coat.
Non-sink floor door cabinets come standard with an adjustable steel shelf. Sink cabinets have a cutout for ease of plumbing installation. Door hinges are self-closing and can be easily adjusted and removed from the cabinets for easy installation and cleaning.
Cabinet tops are designed for mounting to the top of cabinets. Tops come with a post-formed back splash and a rolled front edge with a spill area. Ends have a laminated self edge. Chemical resistant laminates are available and can be specified
